Dakota Fanning is Palm Springs Pretty

Dakota Fanning matches her baby blue dress to her crystal clear eyes as she walks to red carpet at the 20th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival on Tuesday evening.

The 14-year-old actress will be honored tonight with the Rising Star Award. Actor Paul Bettany who co-starred with Dakota in The Secret Life of Bees will present the award.

Dakota will next be seen in the comic-inspired thriller Push with Chris Evans and Camilla Belle.
