Miranda Cosgrove paints it up in a neon dotted skirt and a JewelMint “West End” bracelet as she shoots a promo at Amoeba Music in Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon (June 1).

The 18-year-old actress tweeted what the promo was for, “Going around with Vevo showing them my favorite places in my hometown LA. It makes for a good day ;)”
