Lily Collins: Jamie Campbell Bower 'Nailed It' As Jace Wayland

Lily Collins is super excited Jamie Campbell Bower is joining the cast of The Mortal Instruments as Jace Wayland!

The 22-year-old actress actually found out that Jamie, 22, was her Jace over the internet! Lily told MTV News that she already had a strong feeling it was going to be him when he came in for the audition.

“I think we literally, we found our Jace that day,” Lily said.

The Mortal Instruments author Cassandra Clare had a similar feeling when she saw Jamie‘s audition footage. “He auditioned with Lily, and he and Lily had incredible chemistry that sort of blazed off the screen… I’m watching the audition, and I literally started crying because that was my Jace and Clary on the screen.”
