In the premiere episode “Smells Like Winner”, the girls back at The Rock, vying for a spot on the team that heads to London for the 2012 Olympic Games.

With a new coach and fierce competition — including the return of former rivals Kelly Parker (Nicole Anderson) and Jordan Randall (Chelsea Tavares) — Payson (Ayla Kell), Kaylie (Josie Loren) and Lauren (Scerbo) are pushed to their limits physically and emotionally.
