The 20-year-old actor met up with friend Patrick Schwarzenegger with girlfriend Sara Hicks to watch the LA Clippers basketball game.

Taylor and Patrick co-star in the upcoming Grown Ups 2, opposite Adam Sandler.
The flick, which follows Lenny Feder (Sandler) after he moves his family back to his home town. he and his friends learn some lessons from their kids on the last day of school. The movie opens on July 12th.

The 20-year-old Twilight actor was joined by his Grown Ups 2 co-star Patrick Schwarzenegger and rumored on-again girlfriend Sara Hicks.

According to Life & Style‘s Scene Queens, the 18-year-old actor and his former high school sweetheart are back together!
A source tells the mag, “Taylor and Sara are definitely back on. She’s absolutely gorgeous, and Taylor has always had a thing for her.”
Sara actually tweeted after Taylor had jetted off to the east coast, “saying goodbye SUCKS… sitting in the airport bathroom by myself. I’m a mess.”

The couple, who picked up lunch at Chipotle, was accompanied by Taylor‘s younger sister, Makena Lautner.
Back in May, Makena was spotted hanging out with Selena Gomez in Vancouver, Canada while Taylor was shooting New Moon and Sel was filming Ramona & Beezus. Makena is one lucky girl!
