Demi Lovato is a savage!
The 27-year-old singer had a virtual reunion with her Sonny with a Chance co-stars on Saturday (April 25).
Cast members that participated included Tiffany Thornton, Allisyn Ashley Arm, Brandon Mychal Smith, Doug Brochu, Matthew Scott Montgomery, Audrey Whitby, Shayne Topp and Damien Haas.
During the reunion, Allisyn posed the question of what has everyone been up to since wrapping the show, and without missing a beat, Demi jokingly yelled, “Rehab! Several times!”
Demi and the rest of her cast mates all broke out laughing to her response.

OMG! A full Sonny With a Chance/So Random reunion is happening!
Sterling Knight made the announcement on Wednesday (April 22) that the entire cast of both shows will be in attendance.
Those joining Sterling and taking part include Tiffany Thornton, Allisyn Ashley Arm, Brandon Mychal Smith, Doug Brochu, Matthew Scott Montgomery, Audrey Whitby, Shayne Topp and Damien Haas.
Of course, an entire reunion would not be complete without Sonny herself, Demi Lovato!!!

The cast of So Random was last seen all together back in September 2019 for Allisyn‘s wedding to Dylan Snyder, and they’re all still friends!
Sonny With a Chance and So Random were both recently added to stream on Disney+, so it’s time for another marathon before the live stream on Saturday (April 25)!

If you remember, the show centered on Sonny, played by Demi Lovato, who goes from her hometown in Wisconsin to LA after she’s chosen to join the cast of her favorite TV show, a sketch comedy series called “So Random.”
The cast also included Tiffany Thornton, Brandon Mychal Smith, Sterling Knight, Doug Brochu, and Allisyn Ashley Arm.

Demi Lovato has a suggestion for Netflix!
The “Echame la Culpa” singer wants the streaming service to add her former Disney Channel series Sonny with a Chance.

On Thursday (January 24), Instagram account @pubity shared a list of shows they wish Netflix would add, leading Demi to comment, “Sonny with a chance,” along with the rolling eyes emoji.
Other shows on the list included The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Wizards of Waverly Place, That’s So Raven, and more.
Sonny with a Chance aired for two seasons from 2009-2011.

Tiffany Thornton, who starred on the Disney Channel show as Tawni, dished up a secret about the series after catching an episode of Sofia The First — Sonny (Demi Lovato) was meant to have siblings!
“Sofia The First is the cutest show! I think kj has a crush on Sofia. Did u know @arielwinter1 was cast as Sonny’s little sis originally?!” Tiffany tweeted out.
She added, “…. And @billyunger was cast as her little brother, then they reworked the show and Sonny was rewritten as an only child. #Sonnyfacts.”
After the news broke that Demi Lovato would not be returning to Sonny With A Chance, fans all over reacted with different feelings.
Some were upset while others were hopeful that So Random would live up to its name. Star Tiffany Thornton posted what she was feeling on Twitter for the fans:
“We are all sad that Demi is no longer on the show and will miss her tons. We are, however, fortunate to still be working! And are super excited for y’all to see the new format of So Random. We hope y’all like it!”
Tiffany added, “We love you @ddlovato and can’t wait to hear ur next album. Also, may I just say, @ddlovato I couldn’t be more proud of the woman you’ve become these past 6 months and I look forward to seeing the blessings God will pour out on your life and the many ways He will use you to help others. Love you @ddlovato.”

While Demi Lovato is off getting well, Disney is reworking her series, Sonny With A Chance.
According to Variety, the writers on Sonny will center their writing efforts on So Random! sketches. So Random! will feature guest stars, comedy sketches, musical performances and digital shorts — a teen SNL!
A Disney Channel spokeswoman shared about the situation, “This allows her the time she needs to get well, without distraction or pressure. Again, we extend our ongoing support to Demi and her family as she works to overcome personal issues.”
This is a temporary situation as the show goes back into production in January.
