The 23-year-old singer recently won an Oscar for his song “Writing’s on the Wall” from the new James Bond movie.
Sam‘s song saw 22,000 digital downloads the week of the Oscars ceremony, Billboard reports, which is a 466% increase in the previous week’s sales.
Lady Gaga‘s nominated song “Til It Happens to You” saw 28,000 downloads the week following the Oscars, which equates to a 2,120% increase!
