The Stranger Things actress is celebrating big on her Instagram today (February 19) with a cute little video of her holding up balloons.
“February 19th, 2004 = 15 years old 👼✨,” she captioned the cute vid.
One of Millie‘s BFFs, Lilia Buckingham, shared a sweet message for her birthday too.
